Payments, Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

The prices below describe our planned subscriptions. This website does not currently collect payment. Purchasing will only be enabled after Paddle and the account integration are approved and tested.
1. Plans and recurring prices
ChatGPT Exporter offers a Free plan with one completed conversation export every 30 days. When paid subscriptions become available, the following standard list prices will apply, subject to the final price and taxes shown at checkout:

There is no free trial associated with these prices. Local taxes, currency conversion or region-specific pricing may affect the checkout total. No charge will be made before you confirm your purchase.
2. Payment processor and automatic renewal
When live checkout is enabled, purchases will be processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for eligible transactions. Paddle provides the payment checkout, receipt and billing services. A monthly subscription renews each month and an annual subscription renews each year until cancelled. The recurring amount and renewal terms will be presented at checkout.
3. How to cancel a subscription
After subscribing, open the Manage subscription link in your Paddle payment confirmation email to access Paddle's customer portal, then select Cancel subscription. You may also contact Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents subsequent renewals. Cancelling does not automatically refund a paid period.
4. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Purchases are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights under your local law. Eligibility depends on the country, type of transaction, timing and statutory exceptions. For example, certain consumers in the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, Türkiye and Israel may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right under the conditions specified by Paddle. Other regions have different rules. Do not assume that every subscription is unconditionally refundable.
To request a refund or exercise an applicable withdrawal right, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and select the refund request option. Paddle determines eligibility and processes refunds. A discretionary refund may also be considered under its policy, but approval is not guaranteed. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections.
5. Problems and contact
For problems with the extension, subscription access or plan entitlements, contact ilkerstudiodevsupport@gmail.com. For payment receipts, cancellation and refunds, use Paddle buyer support. Include the transaction reference if available, but never send full card numbers, security codes or passwords.
